Upon discovering my severe intolerance of eggs {though not an official anaphalactic allergy, I cannot tolerate one trace without violent illness}, I was saddened to recall that, among many other things, I could not longer have macaroons! A tasty snack and staple around Passover.

Luckily for me, Rickaroons found me and told me about their macaroons that are:

When I received my package to taste {thanks, Rickaroons!}, I tried a chocolate chip roon that I really enjoyed. Also, seaosnal flavor was pumpkin spice at the time–which was a very strong flavor, much like a pumpkin spice latte!
